At one point or the other, we all felt lost and confused, downhearted, lonely, and without hope. It is life’s pill that many of us think we have to swallow. Nonetheless, life is to be lived to its fullest, and all of us want to move toward that growth in creating a better world for ourselves, our children, and all human beings.

“Some time ago, I discovered that I had an intense thirst and a strong desire.”

From this depth, we discover our yearnings and hunger for more. This ‘more’ is the seeker's faith we carry in our hearts. “Faith is born of an encounter with the living God who calls us and reveals his love, a love upon which we can learn security and for building our lives.” This God is close to us as He enters our lives and shows us his presence throughout history. This “faith transforms the whole person to the extent that he or she becomes open to love. … Anyone who sets off on the path of doing good to others is already drawing near to God”.

To embark on the path of faith is to be linked to love, the light of faith that becomes visible through the service of justice and peace. This is the path we extend our invitation to because faith is truly a "good" for everyone.
